QC/Technical Support Before packing and shipments are made, we make sure that each item is defect-free. We place great emphasis on the quality of the product. Standards we carry out and implement exceed the ones customers have requested. That's why Walt Disney has approved us to make computerized embroidery products for them. There are also other famous brands such as Fido Dido, Why and 1/2, New Balance, and many more who have sought our service and believed in our works. QC Staff 20 to 29 Procedures/testing Details In each production line, every worker has to check the quality of each product before removing it from the machines. In addition, we also have added and done the broken needle check to avoid the possibility of broken needles left behind and hidden in the embroidery. Each worker handles and is only responsible to look after one machine. At the final stage, the supervisor checks again at random prior to the QC inspection. Lastly, the QC personnel checks each piece thoroughly to ship only the best products.
