12-color embroidery patch weaving by a 20-head machine
With over two decades of manufacturing experience, Ray Kae produces embroidered patches, emblems, badges and flags using various materials. Advanced 20-head embroidery machines enable us to create 12-color embroidery patches. Upon receipt of your designs, we can produce samples in just two to four days. Additionally, each product is examined by our QC team. That's how we've achieved a defect rate of almost zero - lower than the industry standard of 3 percent.
